I purchased this cabinet for the guest room as a night stand to hold towels, toiletries, and water bottles.

This definitely caught me by surprise because it is a quality product at an affordable price.

In a guest room, function should feel effortless—not obvious.

I chose a chest by Threshold designed with Studio McGee from Target instead of a traditional nightstand to give guests extra storage for towels, and toiletries while still keeping the space calm and uncluttered. The scale anchors the bed, the wood tone adds warmth, and the details tie into the room’s finishes.

Thoughtful design is about anticipating how a space will be used—and making it feel considered from the moment someone walks in.
