The first layer is a compression/yoga style short made of buttery soft material (similar to align) that is fitted, but not too tight. The overlay is a true mesh material that is more flowy. Beyond yoga, I also think they’re perfect for running because they won’t cause chaffing! I also love the elastic waist band!
