What’s been helping in our house
• A nebulizer has been a lifesaver. Even the littlest ones use it in our house.
• Saline for the nebulizer is a must. Simple but effective.
• Oscillococcinum, just trust me on this one. Yes, it’s homeopathic. Yes, people will say placebo. All I know is it’s actually helping us.
• Elderberry is also really, really good. I use the MaryRuth’s one.

Wash your hands.
