I waited to post until I had been taking these for a few days. Wow what a difference and even my oura ring notices!! I’m taking a mix of these 3 linked below. B12, vitamin D and magnesium. The gel packs make it easy to take on the go. Just throw them in my bag and take them when I have a chance. Taste isn’t bad at all!
