I’ve been adding a few Trail Walks to my cardio routine and I’m loving the way it makes me feel. Here are a few of my gear suggestions if you want to try it out. The right shoes are key ! Mainly if you’re taking the rocky path. I’m also getting a water bottle belt. I didn’t want to wear one but holding the bottle in my hands can be annoying. The weighted vest is amazing! I even wear it around the house when doing my chores.

In this case for a waterfront spot in Miami that requires a little more coverage than bikini + cover-up, so I’ve been keeping a half slip in my boat bag for years. It turns my sheer cover-ups into lunch-ready dresses in seconds.

I have a love - hate relationship with Nail Salons . Whenever I want to take a break of gel nails or even acrylics CHANEL is my to go to nail polish. It dries off in seconds and the Top Coat Le Gel gives a luscious finish. I recommend to apply Base coat to avoid discoloration ( mainly w reds) and for a smoother finish. These are some of the Summer limited edition colors. Can’t wait to try’ em all out .

Had this dress for at least five years (and in other two colors) good news is that you don’t have to paint the buttons as you saw on my reel now the buttons come in black on the black dress.
