Sometimes it’s too hot and humid for foundation ! Here’s how I got this GLOW ! Set your face with a great primer, color correct to hide any imperfections, then apply E.L.F’s Halo Glow ! I love the applicator ! After that put one dot of blush and blend (Juvia’s place blush goes a long way)!
