Sweet, spicy, hydrated.

A delicious and refreshing peach marg mocktail ft. @drinkpirq electrolytes because we’re keeping the vibes high and the hydration higher 🍑🫶🏻🌶️

Recipe (save this!):

1 oz peach syrup

1 oz lime juice

4 oz water

1 packet/serving @drinkpirq Peach Electrolytes

Ice

Club soda

Tajin, lime wedge (for rim)

Jalapeño slices + peach slice (to garnish)

Shake it:

In a shaker, add peach syrup, lime juice, water, and Pirq electrolytes.

Add a handful of ice and shake until chilled.

Prep the glass:

Rim your glass with lime juice and dip into tajin.

Fill the glass with ice.

Pour in 2 oz club soda.

Then pour in 4 oz of your shaken peach mixture.

Garnish with jalapeño slices + a peach slice. Sip cute 🤍🍑🌶️

3 ways I make my coffee time intentional:

1. I use it as a moment to slow down.
Life moves fast, and I don’t want it to slip by so quickly anymore. So I treat my morning coffee like a gentle pause. I let myself be here, in this moment… even if it’s just 3 minutes before rushing out the door for work.

2. I use it as a moment to refocus and reframe.
Some days I wake up overwhelmed or overstimulated before the day even begins. Sitting with my coffee gives me space to breathe, reset, and remind myself that I get to choose how I show up today.

3. I use it as a moment of prayer and gratitude.
This has become my grounding practice. A quiet check-in with God. A little “thank you for getting me here” “thank you for another day.” And a reminder that I’m not doing any of this on my own.

Even small routines can become moments of worship when we slow down enough to notice them. 🫶🏻

If you’ve been feeling scattered or rushed or a little lost lately, maybe try treating one small morning routine differently tomorrow… even if it’s just 60 seconds of intentional presence and praise. Little moments can be where we find ourselves again.

So, yes, I mean it when I say coffee is the best part of my day 🤎🥲🙌🏼☕️
