Cream Hot Chocolate Recipe & links below!
(Serves 10–12)

Ingredients
•6 cups whole milk (or 2% if preferred)
•1½ cups sweetened condensed milk)
•¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
•½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
•1 tsp vanilla extract
•½ tsp salt (this makes the chocolate flavor pop- no skimping! )
•¼–½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions
1.Warm the milk
In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the whole milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling.

2.Whisk in cocoa
Add the cocoa powder slowly, whisking constantly to prevent lumps.

3.Sweeten & enrich
Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips. Continue whisking until fully melted and smooth.

4. FinishRemove from heat. Stir in vanilla, salt, and cinnamon if using.

5.Taste & adjust
Add more condensed milk for sweetness or a splash more milk if it’s too rich.

To Serve for a Gathering
• Transfer to a thermos
• Stir /shake occasionally
