Driving is my moving meditation. When the world feels loud, the car becomes my sanctuary. I don’t rush the moment; I just let the rhythm of the road settle me. Something about watching the world pass by gives my spirit space to breathe. That’s when clarity shows up. Joy slips in without knocking. And the thoughts I’ve been avoiding finally land softly enough for me to hear them. Out there, in that little pocket of stillness between destinations, I remember who I am, what matters, and what I’m becoming. The road has a way of teaching you peace, one mile at a time.
