Random things I’m packing for a runDisney weekend that I wouldn’t pack for a normal Disney weekend.

Stay with me on the menstrual heating patch.. it’s the PERFECT size! Imagine standing outside for an hour+ in minimal running clothes when it ~ 50°… stick these on your low back, belly, chest, upper back.. anywhere to keep warm until you start running and then you just start to discard them as you warm up!

I had the opportunity to tour the Disney Treasure with my travel agency! They said, dress casual, but something your agency would be proud to see you in… and also wear comfortable shoes!

This might be the longest I go for before the runDisney Princess Half Marathon. I know it's going to be a struggle, but I just don't want to put more and more miles on my knee.

If I'm going to re-injure myself I'd rather do it there and not before 😆🫣

Am I dumb? Probably.. maybe.. Or
am I smart? I suppose we will see!
I still have next weekend so I may see how I recover from this one and how I feel next weekend💁🏼‍♀️

The only plan for this race weekend is to survive. That's where I'm at and I'm okay with that, because surviving it is better than not doing it at all!!

I’m getting ready for an outdoor run and bringing you along for my little beauty routine. I tried doing my hair in tiny braids today, spoiler it was not the move, but we tried. Then I go through my must haves like Lumify eye drops, Peter Thomas Roth sunscreen, Missha BB cream, and Thrive mascara.

I almost forgot to apply extra sunscreen to my hair part but caught myself because we are not ruining the day. LOVE this powder sunscreen for this! Finish it all off with my running shoes, pack my BPN Go Gel, and we are ready to head out.

I take my protein coffee seriously!

And ready to drink protein shakes can take up too much space for traveling but they also hurt my belly so I have to use powder anyway.

Pro-Tip: Mix the powders in cool water/coffee mate mini creamers BEFORE pouring in hot coffee. This is a nonnegotiable, the hot coffee will curdle the powder!! But when it’s already blended well, it won’t affect it at all 🙂
