The easiest little appetizer! Little smokies, sprinkled brown sugar and bake for 30 min at 350 degrees in a pan sprayed with olive oil. Bonus tip - use a throwaway pan to eliminate the mess and if you’re taking it to a party like me, you don’t have to worry about getting your dishes back!

Cozy season, what I wore in Monterey, Pebble Beach outfit ideas, Amazon budget finds.

The first snow of the season called for one thing: ✨ cozy soup weather ✨
 So I whipped up my favorite quick and easy chicken tortilla soup, and it really hit the spot! Warm, comforting, and perfect for nights when you want something delicious without spending all evening in the kitchen.

Be sure to save this post so you can come back easily to the recipe!

🥣 Chicken Tortilla Soup — Stovetop

Ingredients • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts (cooked — diced or shredded) • ½ cup diced yellow onion • 1 tsp minced garlic • 1 (15 oz) can chicken broth • 1 cup water • 1 (15 oz) can corn — undrained • 1 (10 oz) can original Rotel — undrained • 1 (10 oz) can enchilada sauce • 1 envelope taco seasoning • ½ tsp chili powder

Directions Add everything to a pot on the stove, mix well, and let simmer for 1 hour. The flavor gets even better the longer it sits, but since everything’s already cooked, it’s ready once heated through!

Top with tortilla strips, cheese, sour cream, or whatever your heart desires. 🤤 I love to serve this soup with cheesy garlic bread!

🍎 Easy Mountain Dew Apple Dumplings (Fall Favorite!) 🍂

If you need a quick, cozy fall dessert, this is it. Crescent rolls + fresh apples + buttery cinnamon sauce… and yes, Mountain Dew makes them extra golden and delicious! ✨

Excited to share this recipe with you today, but first, I wanted to say thank you to @belleofthebanquet for requesting more fall recipes - hope you love this one Cynthia! Check out her amazing recipes too if you haven’t already, you won’t be disappointed!

Here’s what I used:
2 cans @pillsbury crescent rolls
2 Granny Smith apples (sliced)
2 sticks of melted butter
1 ½ cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 can Mountain Dew (poured around, not on top!)
Sprinkle with 1/8 tsp cinnamon after baking

Each crescent gets wrapped around an apple slice, covered in the buttery sugar mixture, topped with Mountain Dew, and baked to golden perfection. So simple!

🍕 Easy Flatbread Pizzas (4-Ingredient Dinner Idea!) 🍕 
If you need a quick and delicious dinner idea — this one’s a keeper!

Here’s how I make them: ✨ Preheat oven to 400°F. ✨ Bake @stonefirenaan bread for 5 minutes. ✨ Add pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and turkey pepperoni. ✨ Bake another 5 minutes — and that’s it!

Crispy, cheesy perfection in a matter of minutes. 😋 Feel free to include your favorite toppings! This recipe pairs so well with a salad 🥗.
