Salicylic acid is a betahydroxy acid (BHA) and concentrates in oil glands making it a great product for oily and acne prone skin.

This viral @paulaschoice skin perfector is a great option to achieve this!

I love @theordinary peeling solution which combines the same active ingredient (2% salicylic acid) with a combination of alphahydroxy acids (AHA) for an intense peeling option at home.

Cold weather means dry skin and eczema is out to play! ❄️
If you or your kiddos have eczema, finding good products you love is so important. These are my personal favorites for myself and baby boy! Don’t forget to use at least once a day, ideally within 2-3 minutes of getting out of the bath or shower while the skin is still damp to trap in the moisture!

These are our favorite beginner retinols and retinoids! Choose ONE depending on your skincare needs. The biggest benefit comes from using them long term, so the goal is to be consistent!

HOW TO USE:
👉🏻 At night, apply a pea size amount to the entire face. Avoid sensitive areas like around the eyes, nose and mouth.
👉🏻Start by using every other night and increase frequency as tolerated.

Here are some of our favorite kid’s sunscreens! There are a few things you should look for when selecting a sunscreen

1 - Broad spectrum coverage: This means it protects against UVA and UVB rays. Both of which cause skin cancer!

2 - Water resistant: This does not mean waterproof! It needs to be reapplied every 2 hrs and after swimming or sweating.

3 - Spf 50+: The higher the number the more sun protection!
