I finally got some spring cleaning done and that means revamping the sensory table with new fun materials and a new theme. I don’t like to overcomplicate it, just give my toddler enough material for her to get some sensory input and get her imagination and creativity working.

This month’s theme is sunset at the beach and I used corn kernels, fish toys, and cups on one side. On the other side I put some pipe cleaners and beads so my toddler can work on her fine motor skills by threading them.

Another super easy to make toddler craft for Valentine’s Day is love monsters.

We used foam hearts, stuck a stick on the back, and decorated each one as we all wanted. We used pipe cleaners, googly eyes, stickers, pompons, and glitter.

We created these love monsters and we use them to decorate and also to play by creating stories where they interact with each other.

We’ve been practicing yoga with my daughter since she was little and I’ve been introducing mindfulness as well. So, when I found out that @hand2mindinc had a yoga ball buddy, I was so excited to try it out.
