I've been using this beef liver since summer 2025. I've always struggled with low iron levels especially on my menstrual cycle. When my iron supplements weren't doing it for me I switched to this beef liver and have felt better since and haven't had issues with feeling like I'm low on iron. It's something I've subscribed to and plan to always use. I also love that it's so good for your body overall.

No iPads in our house for over 2yrs. We have switched to portable dvd players, yoto player(for music/stories), dsi xl(games),3ds(games), and Nintendo switch (games).
