Stop over complicating meal time :
Make those easy quick meals your kids love and keep them in rotation. I find the more time I spend on a meal the less likely my kids are to eat them.I make the Same balanced breakfast m-f and just rotate the carb and protein every week. I also like to meal prep dinners to give me back some time in the evening and I follow a super simple system: Pick 16 meals 4 pastas, 4 one pan dishes, 4 taco Tuesday night meals, 4 of whatever else your family likes and rotate them. If you wanna try new recipes save that for a day where your schedule is free

Make time for you: things look different in every season but at the end of the day you’re just a girl so do things you like. Here are some things I like to do to pour into my own cup:
-Get ready for bed while the kids are at practice then I can focus on them when they come home.
-Waking up earlier than the kids just to have some quiet time not to do 100 chores and work out
-Take one off day a week , no cleaning, no cooking, sleep in, no work, and things I enjoy
-self care nights
- home body hobbies : I like puzzles and diamond painting

Parenting from the patio : as sah/wfh mom this is a life saver. whether you have big or small back yard/patio kids just want to be outside. Create a space you all can enjoy + if keep the house from becoming a mess.

Im busy my kids are busy so whatever I can do at home to avoid spending hours at the salon + trying to coordinate with my kids schedule I do. Press ons are the simplest thing to swap out I found really good quality ones on amazon

Examples:
-Keep a first aid kid kit in your purse, you always need a band aid
-Keep potty supplies in your car to avoid accidents
-Pick out clothes the night before to cut down on morning str
