Follow these steps below ⬇️
1️⃣: Wash & Condition
2️⃣: Blow dry hair on low heat
3️⃣: Part hair using a tail comb
**The Jusron 3-way mirror was a game changer for me - made parting so easy!
4️⃣: Add Condition & Shine Gel to scalp for precision when parting & secure each section with a rubber band
5️⃣: Install braiding hair
6️⃣: Optional: add gel to help secure natural hair within the braid
7️⃣: Tighly wrap ends in perm rods
8️⃣: Dip rods in boiling hot water to curl & seal ends
9️⃣: Oil scalp to keep moisturized

I’ve been testing SheaMoisture’s Dandruff + Itch Relief line and my scalp has been much happier.

I used the Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hydro Repair Scalp Serum (the serum is my fave — instantly soothing and cooling on contact). While the scent isn’t my personal favorite, it’s very light and not overpowering, which I actually appreciate for scalp care.

After a few washes, my hair felt clean, refreshed, and I noticed less flakes and irritation. If you deal with dandruff but still want moisture and softness, this combo is worth trying!

Giiiirl, my wash day just got a whole lot easier! Let me tell you what makes this Camille Rose duo a natural hair dream:

🌺Guava Slip Detangling Shampoo
The shampoo surprised me — it lathers nicely but still feels gentle, and the slip is real. My curls were detangling while I was still shampooing (which never happens for me!). It’s got guava fruit essence + Kakadu plum extract, so my hair felt clean but not stripped.

Then the conditioner came through with the moisture I love - so nourishing! It’s creamy, smells like a tropical drink, and melted right into my strands. I could literally finger-detangle in seconds and my curls bounced right back.

** Honest Review **

Ready for some fun in the sun with a mix of relaxation? Mexico is a great location and I chose a beautiful spa resort called Cabo AZUL Los Cabos - a Hilton Vacation!! This is a large family-friendly resort that still caters more to the adults. I would rate it 4/5 (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)

Highlights:
▪️Hotel aesthetic: Clean & Modern
▪️Location: 20min drive from the airport. Walking distance to local town (safe) and plenty of transportation available if you want to explore further
▪️Room: 1 Bedroom Suite [Pool view]. Large living room, full kitchen, king bedroom with a jacuzzi, separate bathroom, & spacious balcony. Daily Room Service available!
▪️Food & Drinks: 4 Restaurants & Swim up Bar available. Everything was delicious but pricey!
▪️Pools: 6 outdoor pools including an adult only pool. Plenty of lounge chairs & towels available. If you have children, there is a kiddie pool and waterslide to keep them entertained :)
▪️Beach: Just a few steps on to the beach - clean, gorgeous views, but not for swimming
▪️Spa: Tranquility at its finest! Perfect massage and there’s lots of amenities. This was my favorite experience at this resort!

Downfalls (minor):
▪️High prices for food/drinks
▪️Pool closes too early
▪️No nightlife or entertainment on the resort

📌Box Braids : Takedown Routine

Installing 41 box braids can certainly be a chore, but the takedown process doesn’t have to be. Follow these easy steps to remove your box braid style and prep for wash day:

✨MY ROUTINE✨
1️⃣Cut off the ends: removing unnecessary braided hair will eliminate time spent unbraiding
2️⃣Use a tail comb to separate hair: this allows you to unravel each braid with ease
3️⃣Remove braiding hair & comb natural hair: detangling in sections helps you manage better for wash day

💡TIP: Washing your hair while it’s in a protective style removes product buildup from the hair/scalp & makes for a much easier takedown process overall
