Sourdough must haves— the basics!!

Dutch oven- a MUST to bake in (line with parchment paper instead of buying a mat)

Bread flour- sourdough food 🥖

Scoring- make designs or have a point of release for your bread (you can use a knife but this is MUCH easier

Mason jar- to keep your discard in the fridge! ALSO this is now I learned measurements since they are on the jar 🫙

Bread flour jar— you will use this daily trust me ya want this on your counter 😂🙈

Tea towels— must have to line your bowl (or proving basket/ banneton/ or if you keep it simple like me use a glass bowl!)
