I think I may have found the perfect blouse for spring.

It’s got those lovely puff sleeves which help broaden the shoulders (which is always great for balance) and a little tie at the neckline, so you can wear it open or closed depending on your bust.

You can also wear it tucked in or left out, so it works with lots of different outfits — maximum style, minimum effort.
Over on YouTube we’ve just shown this blouse on a size 8 and a size 12 with a much fuller bust than mine, so you can see how it works on different shapes.

An easy way to elevate a jogging set ✨

Jogging bottoms don’t have to be just for lounging around the house. One of the easiest tricks is simply swapping the hoodie for a more classic piece, a nice v-neck jumper, a wool coat, or a structured jacket.

That one change instantly makes the outfit feel more put-together, which means you can comfortably wear it out and about - whether you’re popping to the shops, travelling through the airport, or grabbing a coffee.

One small detail to remember: if you’re wearing trainers with your joggers, roll the bottom up slightly so you can see a bit of ankle. Showing that little bit of skin helps break up the outfit and keeps the silhouette looking nicely balanced.
It’s a small tweak, but it makes a big difference.

Want a shower-proof coat that isn’t mumsy?

This jacket is a great example of how modern coats have become so much more practical.

It’s shower resistant, has a detachable hood, and it’s one of those pieces that works brilliantly for everyday life - dog walks, coffee with friends, school runs… everything.

It also comes in two different colours, but I have a feeling this one is going to sell out quite quickly.

Never underestimate the power of a really well-cut pair of trousers. The cut on these is doing ALL the work for me.

All I’ve done is add a simple white boxy top, pop on my jewellery, because let’s face it, you’re never quite complete without it - and you’re good to go.

This is exactly what I mean when I say the outfit should be doing the work for you, not the other way around.

When the proportions are right, you don’t need lots of fuss…just a few good pieces that balance your shape beautifully.

If you're wearing long wide leg jeans, a bulky jacket around your midsection can make your whole silhouette look blocky from top to bottom.

A shorter or cropped jacket breaks things up, shows your waist and hips and instantly balances the look.

Two denim dresses and both of them are doing all the work for you.

The first one is a great example of how clever design can completely transform the way a dress sits on your body. The shoulders are slightly broadened, which helps balance the figure, the buttons open up the chest area, and the panelling creates almost a drop-waist effect which beautifully elongates the torso.

The second one is a much softer option. It’s lovely and airy, and you can remove the waistband if you prefer a more relaxed, draped silhouette perfect if you want something easy but still really stylish.

This is what I always say… the outfit should be doing the work for you, not the other way around.

If you have a larger bust, carry weight around your tummy and are narrower on the hips - this dress is PERFECT for you.

Also ideal if you’re short waisted and want to create the illusion of a longer waistline.

It’s all about balance. By subtly broadening the shoulders and adding shape through the hips, your waist automatically looks smaller.
