If your eyeliner is making your eyes look droopy, the problem is usually the liner — not your eyes. A thick liner can make eyes look smaller and heavier after 40. Switching to an ultra-fine tip liner like this one lets you add a tiny lift at the outer corner and define the eye without closing it in.
