My go-to Pilates socks

Tried and true sweats. Only linked the ones I own and I’ve personally tested for comfort (I am VERY particular in this department). Some can run a little large so if in doubt, size down.

On the show I used Victoria secret body oil, found it a LITTLE thicker but gorgeous and smelled so good (everyone borrowed it) I came home and started using Nuxe and find it to be a lighter option with the same effect.

I always wear the jetset paperclip and layer with a charm necklace (something dangly) and then something with a coin shape at the end. I only wear electric picks and I never take it off I fully shower/swim etc with it.
