Two things I incorporate into my morning health routine - Electrolytes dissolved into water to help regulate my pH system, added essential salts and minerals to create extra hydration in the body I take them every other day. Then I follow on with a powder form of probiotics to regulate my digestive system but also to enhance and feed my gut bacteria. I prefer to take supplements in water whether it's a powder or tincture formulation, it's a much more enjoyable way for me.
