Chocolate Brownie Toddler Wake Up Snack 🍫 Recipe & Shopping list Ingredients: - 1 cup rolled oats (blend after measuring) - 1/3 cup cocoa powder - 1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey) - 1/4 cup nut butter - 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1 tbs hemp or flax seeds (optional) • blend oats after measuring for a smoother texture. Otherwise just throw it all in a bowl and mix it up. I portioned ours out with a cookie scooper & stored them in the fridge in a glass air tight container. * these were an such an instant hit with the toddlers. I tried a second round of these with adding in chocolate protein powder. See the next post for those details.
