Rosemary oil treatments to my scalp have personally helped me in so many ways. Being a blonde, I dye my hair often. I can struggle with breakage. Plus hair begins to thin as we age. As a 50 year old this scares me so much. I had asked my hairdresser if I could start a rosemary oil treatment and she thought it was a great idea. It has helped me grow my hair and even helped with inflammation on my scalp. It can even help if you have dandruff. It is a natural remedy so it does take a little time to kick in, but for me it worked!!! Here is what you need: Small Glass Bottle fitted with a dropper Organic Rosemary OilI Organic Jojoba Oil Coconut Oil In the glass bottle, mix ⅓ Cup Jojoba with 36 drops of rosemary oil. The rosemary must be diluted with some sort of carrier oil or else it can cause irritation. I use organic jojoba oil. Using the dropper, in small amounts, no need to over load, I work the oil into my scalp. I massage my scalp for a minute and then I put coconut oil on my ends. I put my hair up in a ponytail and then go about my morning, usually leaving it on for two hours. Then I wash and style my hair normally. LTKStyleTip LTKOver40 LTKBeauty
