THE RECIPE Serves 3-4 Ingredients: • 2 tbsp Butter • 1 ½ cups Orzo (dry) • 3 cloves Garlic, minced • ½ cup Sun-dried tomatoes, sliced • 3 cups Vegetable broth • ½ cup Heavy cream • ⅔ cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated • 2 cups Fresh chopped basil and Italian parsley • Salt, pepper, & red pepper flakes to taste • Squeeze of fresh lemon Instructions: Toast: Melt butter in your T-fal pan over medium heat. Add dry orzo and toast until golden and nutty. Simmer: Stir in garlic and sun-dried tomatoes for 1 minute. Pour in the broth, cover with the lid, and simmer for 8-10 mins until the liquid is mostly absorbed. Creamy Reveal: Stir in the heavy cream and parmesan. Watch it glide around that non-stick surface! Finish: Fold in the chopped basil + Italian parsley until wilted. Season with salt, pepper, flakes, and a squeeze of lemon.
