Simple low point cream of broccoli crockpot soup!!!

2 (16 ounce) Bags of Frozen Broccoli
8 Cups Chicken Broth
2 Handfuls Broken Spaghetti
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Add all of the above to your crockpot and cook on high for two hours. (This is a double batch and could easily be cut in half)

Before service add 2 cups of nonfat greek yogurt and shredded chicken breasts if desired.

Worth noting: You could leave out the noodles and this would be a zero point soup,

Bacon, Egg and Tomato Breakfast Pizza

Servings: 1 | Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

1 SkinnyTaste bagel dough ball

1 slice center-cut bacon, pre-cooked and crumbled

3–4 cherry tomatoes, diced

1 large egg

1 tablespoon part-skim mozzarella cheese

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

Preheat the oven:

For a standard oven: preheat to 375°F (190°C).

For a toaster oven: set to 230°F (110°C) (or your usual bake setting).

Prepare the base:
Lightly spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Roll out the dough ball into a small, round pizza shape and place it on the prepared baking sheet.

Assemble the pizza:
Sprinkle the mozzarella evenly over the dough. Arrange the diced cherry tomatoes around the outer edge, then carefully crack the egg into the center. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Bake:
Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden, the cheese is melted, and the egg is cooked to your desired doneness. With 3 minutes left top with crumbled bacon.

Serve:
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and enjoy your protein-packed breakfast pizza!
