These barrel jeans are less pronounced than horse two jeans. I’ve included two jeans here in case you would like something with more volume (I have both solve to achieve different silhouettes).

Please note that sunglasses are a pair that I got from A chained to in Italy Italy called NEU (isn’t on LTK), and the shoes are from the Philippines so I’ve found similar items here on LTK.

100% cotton for both top and bottom. Hands down, some of the best feeling top and bottom for this style of outfit (most tops of this style usually have some synthetic component; same goes for pants like this). But Maku The Label went 100% cotton. Love!! PS My pants are long for me at 5’3” (im wearing platformed heels and they’re still long) so im having them taken up, but this is epic for 5’8”+ or thereabouts!

These can be part of a hot weather travel capsule collection (I have different variations of this, eg sometimes I swap the beige dress for a black silk slip midi, or the line mini for a beige colour instead of white), but the main focus is the fabric and style. Linen and silk are so efficient for hot weather because of breathability and style. They tend to be more versatile than other fabrics because they are naturally more “elevated” for casual pieces. PS. I focused on colours that can be interchanged, with 2 of the items having structure (aka the dress pant + button down top), and then 2 which are more casual (the tee and the flare legging); when interchanged, you can end up with a couple of chic, office-appropriate outs, and then with the switch of the bottom, go to ultra casual, ready for your walks :)
