Honestly, the highlight of our trip was definitely the chiles en botados😝. We arrived quite late in Las Vegas and quickly made our way to spend some quality time with my grandparents and uncle, savoring a fantastic meal from Los Compadres. The chiles were delicious and reminded me of Durango. Later, we enjoyed some peaceful alone time to unwind after a whirlwind year and holiday, before jumping back into our usual routine of taking the girls to school and heading to work. This was my first stay at the Wynn property, and I was blown away by its stunning beauty. I loved the vibe at Encore and it was noticeably less crowded than The @wynnlasvegas . (Less crowded is a plus for me). I really value a hotel where check-in is quick, and elevators are conveniently close to the front desk! Thank you Wilmer for an awesome check in and service. Since I’m not big on casinos and have PTSD from a past incident in Vegas, having quick access to my room is a game changer. It had been over three and a half years since I set foot inside a Vegas strip casino because of my PTSD 😆. My therapist would be proud that I finally made it back. The hotel itself is absolutely breathtaking. The staff was friendly as well! The view was stunning, but the loud music from the club made falling asleep tricky! that didn’t help, lol. The bed was super comfy so that was a win lol I nearly ordered room service to fully relax and enjoy the space, but since we love food, we decided to hit the Wynn buffet instead. The feast was incredible! A variety of dishes from American breakfast staples to fresh sushi during brunch, and I couldn’t resist ending on a sweet note with a crêpe. Afterward, we checked out and headed home to our Girlies, full of memories and good vibes.
