Arizona sun is no joke ☀️ so I’ve been extra intentional about my SPF lately—and I’m officially obsessed with the Colorescience Flex SPF 50 (I’m wearing shade Medium).

First of all… this goes on SO light. Like barely-there feel, but the coverage is actually perfect. It evens everything out without looking heavy or cakey at all. And the coolest part—it goes on white and then adapts to your skin tone as you blend it in. I was honestly so impressed with how well the color adjusted and matched.

I even tested it before a workout (because real life 🙃) and it still looked flawless after. That alone sold me.

Also, reminder—SPF isn’t just for pool days. You need protection even when you’re just driving around, especially here in Arizona where the sun is constant and strong.

When I do extended fasts, hydration + minerals are non-negotiable. Fasting isn’t just about not eating — it’s about supporting your nervous system, energy levels, and electrolytes.
