Clinique Moisture Surge Active Glow Serum Review This is a lightweight milky serum with 5% lactic Acid, Hyaluronic Acid, and Vitamin C that exfoliates, hydrates and brightens for an instant and continuous glow. I just finished my bottle, and let me say this saved my super dry skin! My skin was extra dry this winter, and none of my normal hydrating products were helping. I got to test out the Moisture Surge Serum, thanks to Gloss Angeles Confidential, and I’m so happy I found this product! It only took three days of using this product for my skin to change. It helped my dryness go away and now my skin looks hydrated and smooth throughout the day. As far as skin brightening, I haven’t noticed a huge difference, as I’ve been using vitamin c for a while, however, I love the milky texture of this product, the hydration it provides, and the fact that it is a gentle exfoliant and appreciate that it is fragrance free.
