there is no “n-go” 👀 🤧🤧 it doesn’t matter if you’re wearing your hair straight, curly, wavy or anything in between. THEY ALL REQUIRE STYLING (styling = TIME).

And quiet as it’s kept - keeping my hair straight, weaved or braided are all way less maintenance than wearing my hair “naturally curly”. And I’m a low maintenance Mami, very demure immediately after 😌💕

Jump Rope Challenge: Dear Diary…

Can someone help me figure this out 😩 the math is not mathing and the swing is not swinging and the speed is not speeding and the footwork is not foot working - ALL AT THE SAME TIME.

I think I’ve hit a roadblock and I’m not sure how to overcome it. Normally I don’t like when Charlton coaches me unsolicitedly but I’ll allow his input on this when he gets home. I already FT’d him about to put on his radar (after football of course 👀) 😩😅

It’s amazing how fast the time goes. When I worked an office job I swear the hours Went. By. So. Slow. Now being a stay at home wife I feel like there aren’t enough hours in the day to work & wife! 😩 What I do enjoy is everyday looking and feeling different. I’m not a great candidate for monotony.

I am so incredibly happily married and I share a lot about my Coach Wife Life - bc it’s not for the weak 😅🥹.

My faith and follow of Jesus are first and foremost in my life, I post daily devotions so take what you need if it speaks to you💕. I’ve been creating content - before IG was a “thing”, since 2008. My parents have a TV show on the CW and I have done a WEEKLY segment on it for about 15 years! I started taking what I share on the show and editing it for IG intentionally in 2022.
I graduated from The Hampton University and I’m formally trained in Public Relations - I’ve worked in every industry from entertainment, to non-profit, to politics, to alcohol/tobacco and FASHION. I’ve had several fashion clients and I honestly just love to put it on. My content and captions are aimed to motivate & inspire others to believe, especially women, to be the best version of themselves - oh and I have fun on here too.

I look high maintenance, at times, but I’m authentic before anything so if you want to be scared just check my stories. It gets hectic. 😅 I’m a low maintenance Queen so if I have a hack or favorite product - you will know it too. And I always link it-no gatekeeping over here.

Putting some Razzle on my Dazzle - always.

I can never leave well enough alone. I love a clean look but I’m always gonna put an accessory or something with it. It’s like when I needed to put a belt on every outfit 😭. I just like to add stuff🙃

1) I’m into the nail art but they are not realistic if you do your own hair - the strands get caught all in them 😩

2) Gel polish definitely lasts more than 1 week but zi personally just like changing it up and doing the next thing. It’s so quick and easy.

3) i don’t know if I’ll every go back to regular polish - I tried it a few weeks ago, I’m so spoiled with the instant dry time and none smudging with gel.

4) all the glazes and chrome powders have me in a chokehold right now

5) I’m still growing my natural nails out. Haven’t used tips since March. 🥹

6) but again. I do feel good last much much longer. My wedding nails were on almost 6 weeks 😭
