I attended my first New Orleans Jazz Fest in 1981. At that time, I wanted to look hip and sexy for my future husband, no hat, no sunscreen, just a skimpy top and short shorts. Forty five years later, sunscreen is part of my daily skin care routine, I wear hats daily while enjoying retirement life on the tennis court, walking on the beach, boating or on golf course. I have a selection of long sleeve, lightweight SPF shirts, I wear with my hats! BTW, I am stilled married to the wonderful man, I went to my first Jazz Fest with!
