What does your fitness routine or movement schedule look like???
When we are not traveling, I practice yoga two or three times a week, play tennis and golf twice a week, play bocce twice a month. I also walk or hike, bike and play pickleball once or twice a a month. These finds will keep you motivated to keep moving!
