My healthy hair journey starts at bedtime. Here's my new nighttime routine. A few tips and tricks to help your hair growth journeys and save time in the morning. Scalp prep: I use VEGAMOUR's grow serum on my scalp and message that into scalp for a couple minutes. You can use a scalp messaged or your fingertips. Hot timing you flip you head over it uncle ease blood flow to the scalp to stimulate growth. Then I use a boar bristle brush to take the is on scalp and brush them through the ends. Multiple reason here. We are using natural oils to nourish the rest of the strand of hair. We are stimulating the scalp for growth. And for my girls that want to prolong wash day we are moving that oil from sitting on the scalp making roots appear greasy. Heatless curls: Now that your hair is brushed split into 2 sections. Roll up your silk scarf , lay on top of head so scarf ends are even in both sides and use a claw clip in the middle to hold in place. Spray a leave In conditioner or water to lightly dampen the ends. Start at the top and add small sections and wrap towards the back of your head. Use mini silk scrunchie to secure. *** important, before you move to other side, do not let go of the wrapped side. I hold the silk end in my mouth while I complete the other side so it stays tight. Follow Sam process on the other side. Take both ends of scarf behind your head and tie in a knott so the wrap stays tight. In the morning: Unripe the scarf, remove the scrunchies and shake out your curls.
