This recipe is so simple and so delicious, my family loves it. Discovering this recipe helped me dip my toes into bread making and since then I’ve made sandwich loaves, sourdough bread and rolls. I am not a bread expert by any means and my loaves aren’t the most beautiful but practice makes perfect.

If you don’t know how to steam your milk, this is my simple hack ☕️

1. Hold the stainless pitcher about half full of milk to the side of the machine with the steaming wand in it, not touching the bottom but close.
2. Turn on steam and begin swirling the cup to move the wand around in the milk.
3. Continue doing this while touching the bottom of the cup to check if it’s hot. Once the bottom feels how the milk is warm and ready!
4. I like to pull the cup down a little to allow the wand to crate some foam at the top
5. Turn off steaming wand and brew espresso shots. Do not brew shots before milk is steamed!

This is my method for using the Breville Barista Express to create amazing lattes at home.
