Happy Friday, Everyone!! What a busy and productive first week of 2026! So grateful we made it through! In addition to the great week, it appears that the crud has finally passed its way onto me …..🤧

And as my Aunt just told me, it won’t keep a fighter down for long!! 🙌🏽 You got that right!!

Anyhow, I’m enjoying my mint tea with my favorite rose buds, the smell is so amazing! It’s soothing and this Stroopwafel is so good!! The perfect blend together, and the caramel-honey 🍯 like filling in this waffle 🧇 💛 makes for a sweet, chewy treat!!

Have now converted from the multiple ring lights that I have, to start using these! My goals are, to avoid glare on my glasses, my crisp brightness, and better lighting without the harshness that the ring lights can have way too often!

I’ll keep you posted on the progress!

I’m working on being more intentional with enjoying the little things this year! It’s not that I don’t, but I’m reminding myself that I’m not aiming for perfection in this season, just progress!

And today is one of my favorite dedicated days, it’s Thankful Thursday, and for that, I’m thankful!

What’s something you are thankful about today?

In 2026, I’m just being and loving the life that I have created for myself! I’m not proving anything, if it’s not aligned then I’ll decline! I’m not forcing anyone and I’m not fixing anything! I’m 46 years old, and though I’m still young, life has not always been easy and at this stage in my life, it’s being built around enjoyment and fulfillment! ✨🌳

At 46, I absolutely love being outside for my fitness journey, it’s so therapeutic for me! It was the perfect weather for walking in January at 65 degrees in Charlotte, NC!
