I’m starting with this pink button-front midi skirt from Adam Lippes. I love the soft pink color and gold button details, but because the skirt is longer and more structured, I wanted to balance it with something cropped up top. So I’m pairing it with this brown cropped shirt jacket from L’Agence. I think the olive and pink work beautifully together, and the shorter length should help define my waist without competing with the skirt.
