Our girls have been loving this stackable balance beam set so much that I went back and grabbed a second set for Christmas! Only $25 and comes with 10 segments that click together and have rubber bottoms so they don’t slip and slide around. Best part is they stack up really easy and don’t take up much space at all! It keeps our girls busy and elevates a game of floor is lava!

Now for my 2 year old (but still loved by my 5 year old) I snagged a second set of these balance beam toys from @walmart . They click together and have a rubber bottom so they firmly stay on the ground. They come with a stack of 10 and the store really well taking up minimal space in the home.

My favorite gift I got my 5 year old this year! It’s a sight word game that comes with 2 modes each with 2 levels of difficulty. In ABC Mode they provide either the first or last letter of the word given. In Word Mode they must find the entire word, easier level provides a clue on the screen with a letter while the hard level is pure word identification from pronunciation!

One of the best Christmas gifts this year that I got for my daughter. She’s 5 years old and is eagerly trying to read. Saw this sight word toy on @amazon and just had a feeling to snag it! It has two modes, one single letter fill in and full on words each with 2 levels of difficulty! My daughter absolutely loved this toy!

Hands down one of the best home purchases I’ve made this year! My girls plow through the mini pancakes from
Costco like it’s water, so I did some research into these Dutch mini pancake makers! I swapped out the tradition recipe for a sourdough version for added tummy benefits plus some artificial dye free sprinkles for a holiday spin!

Got myself a mini pancake maker off Amazon! Our girls go through these like water from Costco so I figured I’d make them myself but sourdough version! Receipe Below ⬇️
Ingredients

1 cup sourdough starter

1 cup milk

1 large egg, beaten

1 tablespoon butter melted

1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons white sugar( I used Allulose)

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon vanilla paste

cooking spray ( I used avocado spray oil)

Optional - sprinkles (I used @bettergoodsfood holiday sprinkles since they are artifical dye free)

Directions
1. Mix wet ingredients together in one bowl.Starter, butter, egg, vanilla paste and milk.
2. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
3. Combine ingredients together to form a thick batter. Add optional sprinkles here!
4. Heat griddle and spray with cooking spray.
5. Once hot spoon about a tablespoon of batter into each oval spot.
6. Flip once you see bubbles coming through the other side.
7. Cook till done, serve hot and enjoy!
