Got myself a mini pancake maker off Amazon! Our girls go through these like water from Costco so I figured I’d make them myself but sourdough version! Receipe Below ⬇️ Ingredients 1 cup sourdough starter 1 cup milk 1 large egg, beaten 1 tablespoon butter melted 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons white sugar( I used Allulose) 1 teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon vanilla paste cooking spray ( I used avocado spray oil) Optional - sprinkles (I used @bettergoodsfood holiday sprinkles since they are artifical dye free) Directions 1. Mix wet ingredients together in one bowl.Starter, butter, egg, vanilla paste and milk. 2. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt. 3. Combine ingredients together to form a thick batter. Add optional sprinkles here! 4. Heat griddle and spray with cooking spray. 5. Once hot spoon about a tablespoon of batter into each oval spot. 6.
