Lining your waterline is an old trick for creating a smokier eye (with a dark pencil) or brightening the eye (with a light colored pencil). But what’s important about this is finding a pencil that glides on like butter because the skin there is so delicate. This is the softest, creamiest pencil I’ve found for this sensitive area and there’s even a very subtle hint of shimmer which illuminates the eye more than just a matte nude pencil would.
