My mini me and I harvested majority of the carrots in the garden 🪏 🥕 To keep carrots crisp and fresh: 1️⃣ Snip off the greens (they steal moisture!) 2️⃣ Don’t wash until you’re ready to use 3️⃣ Store in a breathable bag in the fridge or layer in damp sand for long-term storage.
