10 weeks postpartum and I feel like I’ve finally figured a few things out when it comes to getting dressed…

At the beginning I was either hiding in oversized everything or trying to squeeze into my old clothes and neither felt right.

What I’ve realised:
– oversized doesn’t always flatter, a little shape makes such a difference
– high-waisted pieces are honestly doing most of the work for me right now
– fabric matters way more than size (some things just cling in the wrong places)
– balancing outfits (fitted + loose) instantly makes me feel more put together
– and most importantly… dressing the body I have now feels so much better than waiting to “bounce back”

I’m still figuring it out, but these small changes made getting dressed feel easier and actually enjoyable again.

• A butter-soft nursing bra that opens and closes instantly — no fiddling, no stress. When baby is screaming for milk, the last thing you want is to fight with your bra.

• A postpartum recovery band that gives that extra support when your body still feels a bit fragile. It just makes moving around feel easier and more held together.

• Super stretchy trousers I was wearing up to 9 months pregnant and still now. They adapt with your body and actually feel comfortable without looking sloppy.

• A nursing top for when you’re out and don’t want to feel exposed. Easy access, but still feels put-together and like you.

The dark blue ones are new !! I got them in light blue too. I love the balloon shape, it’s so flattering on the belly and sooo comfortable 🙌🏻 the material is amazing too, like everything I’ve bought from M&S 👌🏻

This is why my hair always looks styled… without daily effort 👀

I keep my routine very simple but consistent:

• I rotate between CHĀMPO, Olaplex & Rahua (shampoo + conditioner)
• Growth serum after every wash
• Heat protector before drying
• Oil on the ends for shine

I only use heat to dry my hair, and sometimes straighten it if it’s too frizzy.

For styling → I do heatless curls (band or even socks) almost every day.

And this is what changed everything:

Because I don’t use heat daily, my hair doesn’t get greasy as fast…

I always recommend if you have hard floors — a robot vacuum.

I have this one and honestly it’s been a lifesaver, especially with a toddler and a newborn at home. It vacuums and mops, and you can just run it from your phone while you’re doing other things.
