Monday, wanna join!? Weights (both dumbbells and fave Balas), yoga mat and the app are all that’s needed for the 30 min daily sessions. The unicorn holds my phone and the Stanley helps with one of the suggested accompanying goals: 3L water a day (roughly 2.5 of a 40oz Stanley)!

As with most things, I feel like a little color makes things more joyful, why not!?! ✨
