What I wore and everything I took hiking Sleeping Giant (Nounou Mountain) in Kauai, Hawaii. For the record, I saw locals do this hike in flip flops. I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, so I wanted plenty of ankle support. This hike has some scrambling and vertical shafts. I personally recommend boots whether you have EDS or not.

I wore a simple and classy outfit for my mom’s birthday lunch at one of her favorite restaurants in Tulsa. Mondo’s is owned by an Italian family we have known for two decades. I got the Blackened Salmon Salad with olive oil on the side. So fresh and delicious! I wore a size small in the Banana Republic white button down top, size 27 in the Banana Republic high-waisted, wide leg denim, and size 10 in the shoes. They all run true to size.
