Workout with me at 3 months postpartum I did not get to finish my whole workout I had planned but something is better than nothing so I’m counting it as a win 👏🏼 I am NOT a fitness expert but let me know if you want me to share more workouts I’m doing postpartum! This is what I did today ⤵️ - 10 minute walk outside - Squats 4x10 (4 sets of 10) - Dumbbell RDLs 3x12 - Rows 3x12 - Weighted squat to reach 20 reps ——- What I wanted to add if I had more time - 30 second plank x 4 - Push ups (on knees) 3x10 - & finish more reps of my weighted squats & reach (20x3 maybe?)
