POV: You hit that point during pregnancy where you’re no longer choosing what you want to wear every day… you’re just rotating through the options that still fit 🤭🤣 My Amazon top is not maternity but has a slightly oversized fit so it’s still plenty long to fit my bump! I’m wearing my normal size medium I wore pre-pregnancy as well. It comes in tons of cute color combinations! It’s like a light sweat sweatshirt material - slightly heavier than a regular thin long sleeve which is so cozy for cooler weather! My Walmart maternity jeans are a staple in my wardrobe right now! They literally feel like I’m wearing sweatpants with the full belly band and are very affordable! I’m wearing my usual size medium and I have plenty of room! My clogs are always my go to! I almost returned these shorts thinking I didn’t need another pair of gingham boxer shorts but I’m so glad I didn’t. I keep reaching for them whenever they are clean.

I sized up to a large for a comfy baggy fit and love them! They have an extra wide elastic waistband that is super comfy for postpartum and really stretches as your body is changing (would be perfect for a bump too!). They also have pockets and are super cute to dress up or down. I have them on with a graphic tshirt here. They come in several color options. Run TTS.

Workout with me at 3 months postpartum

I did not get to finish my whole workout I had planned but something is better than nothing so I’m counting it as a win 👏🏼

I am NOT a fitness expert but let me know if you want me to share more workouts I’m doing postpartum!

This is what I did today ⤵️
- 10 minute walk outside
- Squats 4x10 (4 sets of 10)
- Dumbbell RDLs 3x12
- Rows 3x12
- Weighted squat to reach 20 reps

What I wanted to add if I had more time
- 30 second plank x 4
- Push ups (on knees) 3x10
- & finish more reps of my weighted squats & reach (20x3 maybe?)

It doesn’t have to be extreme - I threw on an oversized tshirt, stretchy denim shorts, 5 minute makeup, and a French braid but it truly makes a difference in my day and makes me feel better in this postpartum season!

I have this shirt in both colors! Love the stripes and oversized fit. I’m wearing a size large for an extra oversized fit. Also comes in a blue/grey stripe!

I’ve been grabbing for this stretchy denim shorts every time they’re clean! The length is mom and tall girl friendly and so flattering on! I would recommend TTS or sizing up one if you want a looser fit. I think I’m around a size 8 right now wearing a size large. I also linked some of my other favorite stretchy denim shorts below. I’m wearing size large (sized up to a 10 in the black pair) in the other shorts.

My favorite sandals runs TTS as well! I bought last year and still love!

These Target high waisted wide length pants are seriously 10/10! They are a stretchy denim and so flattering on! They come in several washes. The length is great on me at 5’10” (wearing the regular length)! I do recommend sizing UP one!
