Rest & Recovery Loungewear: I did absolutely nothing today & I loved that for me. Rest & Recovery Days are so important especially for our mental health. I’m off today so I was able to cook, cleaned a little and now I’m going to be a couch potato all while wearing my new sweat suit from @wearfigs . I’m not sure I’m ever taking these off fr.
