Getting in some movement on my walking pad after a few days with a slow walk while I watch some tv. It’s is almost a year old and is small enough to easily store away and move around. And it helps me get moving. I take my dog on walks but not long walks because as someone with POTS and prone to fainting I do my walks indoors in case I have to lay or sit down.
