These ribbed seamless leggings are THE most comfortable pants I've ever owned. The best part is they don't slip down or need readjustments! They just released the same material in bike shorts so I scooped up two pair!

2024 is the year that I finally take back some space in the house that is just mine! I'm starting to get geared up for 2024 projects, and very first on the list is my daughter's room. We renovated her room in our last house and halfway through, we sold the house. I finished the renovation but she only got to enjoy it for a couple of months, so I promised hers would be the first I did in this new house.

I'm using the upholstered bedframe that I made for her already and will be adding a white oak and linen upholstered headboard to it, building built in closets for her to hang clothes since her room doesn't have a closet, adding a washable cozy area rug, a wood vanity desk and light up round vanity mirror, with tube sconces on either side. A beautiful white chair so she can sit to do her hair or her homework, and a built in window seat with brass accent lighting
