Here are some fitness accessories and workout gear that we have. We’ve had our home gym for 4 years.

Sliding disc exercises are great full-body workouts that strengthen the glutes, hamstrings, core and more. They help me with my stability and flexibility. Use one side for floor & the other for carpet.

Squat wedge blocks are great for heel elevated squats, calf stretches, and deadlifts. It improves balance, performance, the squat depth, and targets specific muscle groups. Research shows that it may even help reduce the risk of injury while you squat.

With my hypermobile joints, I find these very helpful to isolate my posterior leg muscles.

Push-up bars are great to keep the wrist straight if you have wrist issues on a regular push up. Mine are 10+ years old, so I could only find similar ones for you.
