I’ve been using bareMinerals products for over 11 years, when my acne used to be really bad. Since then, I’ve noticed a huge reduction in my acne and smaller facial pores.

I wanted a smartwatch that wasn’t exactly like my phone. This hybrid still gets notifications & texts, but it’s one way. If it’s urgent, I’ll grab my phone.

I love the rose gold and that I can change the straps. I can alter the background pic when I synchronize it with my phone. The rechargeable battery does last 2 weeks.

Squat wedge blocks are great for heel elevated squats, calf stretches, and deadlifts. It improves balance, performance, the squat depth, and targets specific muscle groups. Research shows that it may even help reduce the risk of injury while you squat.

With my hypermobile joints, I find these very helpful to isolate my posterior leg muscles.
